Jacquie Sinclair

Jacquie completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 1995 and then commenced her career working in a variety of roles for a national retail bank for six years.

Jacquie joined Taylor Woodings in August 2001. During her time at Taylor Woodings, Jacquie has completed a Masters of Accounting at Curtin University and the Chartered Accountants Program.

Jacquie has gained experience on all types of formal corporate and personal insolvency as well as providing accounting support in litigations and working on investigating accountant’s reports.In April 2007, Jacquie commenced a secondment at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in its National Insolvency Coordination Unit (NICU) for six months. The NICU program aims to make directors aware of their company’s financial position as well as their responsibilities and the implications of trading whilst insolvent. During this time, Jacquie gained experience reviewing the financial statements of companies particularly those in the construction, transport and retail industries as well as liaising with company directors, accountants and insolvency practitioners.

Jacquie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
