Mark Englebert

Mark has significant corporate advisory and corporate restructuring experience, and providing strategic advice to financiers regarding new and distressed loans.

Mark has particular expertise in mining and mining services, oil and gas, hospitality, transport and agri-business and works with a range of clients.  Mark has expertise working on appointments involving listed companies and has specialist knowledge in ASX financial reporting and continuous disclosure requirements.  Mark also has strong knowledge of complex joint venture arrangements, addressing significant operational issues, forecasting and monitoring regimes, hedge book issues and the negotiation of business asset sales.

Mark was previously seconded to the credit and recovery division of a national retail bank where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of under-performing and distressed loans. This provides Mark with specialist insight and understanding of our banking clients’ needs.

Mark started his career with KPMG in 1987 in the United Kingdom after achieving Honours in a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Birmingham.

Mark joined Taylor Woodings in 1996 and has been a board member of the WA Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association since 2008 and is currently the Education Coordinator.
