Peter is one of Australia’s leading corporate restructuring and corporate turnaround experts.

Peter has more than 30 years experience advising public and private companies in the manufacturing, property development, construction and financial services sectors. He has advised clients in relation to corporate restructuring, corporate turnarounds and revitalising underperforming businesses, involving strategic, operational and financial re-orientation.

Immediately prior to founding Allen Capital Group in 1998, Peter was Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen Sydney and a board member of Arthur Andersen Australia. Peter has had extensive overseas business exposure and in the late 1990’s led Arthur Andersen’s Asia Pacific corporate recovery and turnaround practice during the Asian currency crisis.

 Peter was appointed Chairman of Taylor Woodings on 1 July 2008.
